Overnight tours- 2 or 3 days

Always private. Always personal.
With us, it’s never about groups—just you, the dogs, and the silence of the Arctic.

A Journey of Connection, Silence, and Sled Dogs

Each experience is private, tailored for couples, friends, or families who want more than just a dog sled ride. With us, you’ll find comfort and a touch of luxury, but also something deeper—time to truly connect with the dogs and learn about the animal welfare practices and mindful tools we use to create a sustainable way of life.

On our multi-day tours, your experience becomes even more special. You’ll stay in our charming cabin right at the kennel, nestled close to the Kalix River with breathtaking views of the mountains. The cabin is fully equipped for your comfort, and you can choose to include delicious meals to make your stay completely effortless.

You will have your very own dog team and together we’ll take you across the Kalix River and up into the mountains. Out on the trail, we prepare a hearty outdoor lunch right on the snow, surrounded by silence and breathtaking views.

In the evening, we return to the kennel where we care for the dogs and tuck them in for the night—an experience in itself—before enjoying a warm dinner back at the cabin.

  • First day

On the first day you’ll meet the dogs and learn how to handle your own team—how to harness, drive, and work together on the trail. Once everyone is ready, we head out along the beautiful Kalix River, surrounded by forests, swamps, and open views. With luck, we may spot moose in their winter grazing grounds, and on clear days you’ll see all the way to Kebnekaise, Sweden’s highest mountain.

Back at the kennel, you’ll be guided step by step through checking and massaging the dogs after the run. This hands-on practice helps you understand how to support their recovery and build trust as a partner on the trail. We then gather in the mindfulness tipi to explore how calm presence influences both us and the animals.

  • Second day

On this adventure, you’ll drive your own sled team through the mountain range next to the kennel. The trails demand teamwork—you’ll help your dogs on the climbs, and in return, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views of untouched wilderness.

Lunch is served outdoors on the snow, and when conditions allow, we may even try ice fishing on the frozen lake.

In the evening we return to the kennel, where you’ll stay overnight in our cozy cabin by the Kalix River. Dinner and breakfast are included, along with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the Arctic silence.

  • Third day

With three days on the trail, this tour allows you to dive deeper into life with your sled team. Each day we explore the mountain range around the kennel, crossing frozen rivers and climbing ridges that reveal endless views of Lapland’s untouched landscape.

Outdoor lunches are prepared on the snow, and when possible, we add a taste of Arctic tradition by ice fishing on the frozen lake.

Evenings are spent at the kennel: feeding, massaging, and wrapping the dogs up for the night before gathering for dinner in the cabin. With two overnights included, you’ll have time to truly slow down and enjoy both the dogs and the stillness of the Arctic.
