FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA? WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS? WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE TREATMENT? HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THIS PURPOSE?
To administer all types of competitions you have entered or where you are listed as a competitor by a friend or family member. The information that is necessary depending on the competition, usually your name and last name according to passport, date of birth and gender. Our legitimate interest is to be able to administer the competition in which you participate. The information is saved from the order of the competition until the prize has been awarded.
To handle any claims against us, e.g. in case of complaints. Name, e-mail, postal address, telephone number and information from our communication with you in connection with your claim (eg time of purchase and why you are advertising). In some cases, additional personal data is required, which is then communicated in the specific case. That we must be able to fulfill our legal obligation under consumer law and our legitimate interest in being able to defend ourselves in the event of a legal claim. The information is processed from the time you submit your claim and as long as the process regarding the claim is ongoing.
If we deny a claim, we save the information for one year in the event that you should choose to have your action tried by the General Complaints Board.
For our accounting. History of payments made, transactions, etc. that constitute accounting material. This includes information that appears on your invoice such as name, social security number, postal address and e-mail. That we should be able to fulfill the legal obligations we have under, for example, the Accounting Act. The information is processed for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

If you become an employee, we will continue to process your information in the same way as for other staff. If your case concerns an agreement you have entered into with us, the processing may be necessary for us to be able to fulfill the agreement. Otherwise, the processing is supported by our legitimate interest in helping you with your case. The information is processed from the time you contact our customer service until we have helped you with your case. We save them for a maximum of 1 year.

User-generated data (eg click and visit history), technical data regarding devices used and their settings (eg language setting, IP address). Our legitimate interest in being able to develop, evaluate and improve our services, products and systems. After two years, only anonymised data is used.

CHANGES IN THE INTEGRITY POLICY
Please note that the terms of this Privacy Policy may change. In such cases, the new version will be published on our website.
